Julie de Bréon
Julie de Bréon specializes in public business law: administrative litigation, sectoral regulation and public contracts.
Drawing on her rigorous expertise acquired as a lawyer within the public law teams of international firms (Clifford Chance from 2011 to 2015 ; Watson Farley & Williams from 2015 to 2017), Julie de Bréon refined her practice of law and her knowledge of sectoral regulation within the legal department of Bouygues Telecom as senior legal counsel in charge of the mobile regulation and strategic administrative litigation (from 2017 to 2022).
Convinced that her knowledge of the respective requirements of the mission of a lawyer and of an in-house legal counsel is a key asset, Julie de Bréon created the firm Bréon Ducloyer with Rémi Ducloyer in order to put their legal and operational expertise at the service of their clients.
She taught public law at Sciences Po (Paris).
